Where do your products ship from?

All of our jewelry and gifts are made to order and fulfilled by our production partner, ShineOn, shipping from the USA.

How long will my order take?

Because each piece is personalized and made to order, please allow 1–3 business days for production. US delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after shipment via USPS. International delivery times vary by destination.

How much is shipping?

We offer free US shipping on orders over $75 and free international shipping on orders over $99. Orders below these thresholds are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

What is your return policy?
