If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Contact us at familytreeacres@gmail.com with your order number and we will make it right.

- Items should be returned in their original condition whenever possible.
- Because our products are personalized and made to order, please contact us first so we can guide you through the return process.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days at familytreeacres@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping, at no cost to you.
